Smoked Pork Chops On A Potato Apple Bed - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. peeled, sliced potatoes
    1 c. peeled, sliced apples
    1/4 c. diced onion
    1 c. grated Swiss cheese
    6 smoked pork chops
    1 1/2 c. hot horseradish cream sauce
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until just tender, about 10 minutes.
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Combine the potatoes, apples and onions; put in dish.
    Sprinkle cheese on top.
    Sear pork chops by rubbing fatty ends around hot frypan and brown quickly on both sides. Place chops on potatoes.
    Cover tightly with foil and bake 30 minutes.
    Pour horseradish sauce over all and bake another 30 minutes.
