Ingredients

2 Bermuda onions
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 egg, slightly beaten
2/3 c. milk
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
vegetable oil (for frying)
Preparation

Cut off root ends of onions.
Peel and slice crosswise into 1/4-inch slices.
Separate slices into rings.
