Chicken Drumettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    36 chicken wings
    5 oz. soy sauce
    4 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Cut wings in pieces.
    Set aside bony tips for soup or other use.
    In a shallow pan, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, mustard and garlic powder until well blended.
    Put in the wings and turn to coat.
    Marinate 2 hours in refrigerator.
    Bake in same pan 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
    Baste frequently with pan juices.
    Serve hot. Yields 36 servings.
