Hot Fruit Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can purple plums, drained and cut in half
    1 large can pineapple chunks
    2 bananas, cut in chunks
    1 medium can apricot halves, drained and cut in half
    1 jar applesauce (medium)
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 c. cooking sherry
    1 stick oleo
Preparation
    Bring brown sugar, cooking sherry and oleo to a boil to melt. Mix all ingredients together and heat in a casserole dish until bubbly. Delicious with pork or chicken.
