Wild Onions And Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
32 wild onion bulbs, peeled
8 slices bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation

Fry bacon crisp; drain, then crumble.
Set aside.
Melt margarine in a skillet and stir in flour.
Slowly stir in milk. Pour half of the sauce into a greased casserole.
Add half of the onions, half of the bacon and half of the eggs.
Repeat the layers, ending with the white sauce.
Sprinkle with crumbs and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Serves 4.
