Fay'S Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1 c. milk, scalded
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. shortening (butter flavor Crisco)
    1 tsp. salt
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix yeast and warm water and set aside.
    Combine milk, sugar, shortening and salt.
    Cool to lukewarm.
    Add 1 1/2 cups flour and beat well.
    Beat in yeast and egg.
    Add remaining flour.
    Put in greased bowl, turning to cover dough.
    Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to 5 days.
