Ingredients

1 c. butter or Crisco
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. lemon flavoring
1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cream the butter and sugar.
Add eggs, 1 at a time.
Blend in flavorings.
Mix dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture alternately with the milk.
Pour into 3 greased and floured layer pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Frost with white icing and pineapple filling.
Top with grated coconut.
