Breakfast Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. mustard
    4 slices bread, cubed
    1 1/2 lb. loose sausage
    1 1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Prepare the day before.
    Cook sausage until done; drain and set aside.
    Beat eggs; add milk, salt and mustard.
