Oven Barbecue Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. oil
    1 (2 1/2 or 3 lb.) chicken pieces
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/3 c. water
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. each: brown sugar, Worcestershire, vinegar and prepared mustard
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. celery, chopped
Preparation
    In a skillet, brown chicken pieces in oil.
    Place in baking dish large enough to hold all ingredients.
    To skillet, add onions and celery.
    Cook until tender.
    Add catsup, water, lemon juice, brown sugar, Worcestershire, vinegar, prepared mustard, salt and pepper.
    Simmer for 15 minutes; skim off fat.
    Pour over chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Turn chicken twice while cooking.
    Serves 3 or 4.
