Ingredients

1 c. whipped cream
3 egg whites, stiffly beaten
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt *
2 tsp. baking powder *
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped walnuts (optional)

Preparation

*Omit salt and baking powder if using self-rising flour.
