Strawberry Sin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg whites, room temperature
1 1/4 c. powdered sugar, sifted
2 c. whipping cream
2 c. strawberries, pureed and chilled
whipped cream for garnish
Preparation

Beat egg whites in a small, chilled bowl until stiff and glossy.
Whip 2 cups cream with sugar in medium bowl until stiff. Whisk strawberry puree into cream until mixture is very thick. Gently fold in egg whites, blending well.
Spoon into small dessert bowls.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Garnish each with whipped cream just before serving.
