Garlic Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 stick oleo
    2/3 c. instant grits
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 roll garlic cheese, sliced
    2 eggs, separated
Preparation
    Cook grits in the milk, water and salt.
    Add garlic cheese and oleo; cook gently until cheese is melted.
    Beat egg yolks and blend in hot grits mixture.
    Beat egg whites stiff and fold in. Pour into greased casserole and bake at 375\u00b0 until brown, about 25 minutes.
    Great with all meals!
