Lamb Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground lamb
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 (16 oz.) and 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    6 green onions, sliced
    6 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    paprika
    1 pkg. linguini noodles, cooked and drained
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. sour cream
Preparation
    In skillet, brown lamb and garlic. Stir in tomato sauce, salt and pepper. Simmer 10 minutes, uncovered. Place noodles in greased 13 x 9 dish. Top with tomato sauce mixture. Beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Stir in onion. Spread over meat. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Take out and sprinkle Cheddar cheese and paprika. Cover and let stand 5 minutes. Serve.
