Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain flour
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Batter should be smooth and not too thin.
    Heat about 1-inch of oil in electric skillet to 375\u00b0 or on stove top on medium-high.
    Pour about 1/4 to 1/3 cup batter into a medium size funnel.
    Hold over skillet and release batter, moving in a circular motion.
    Make a complete ring, closing ends of batter together.
    Continue pouring batter inside ring to make any design, making sure to connect batter to the outside ring.
    Brown each side for about 1 minute, using tongs to turn.
    Remove and drain on paper towel.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
    Best when eaten warm!
