Crock-Pot Pork Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 4 lb. pork, cut bite size
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 green pepper, sliced
    8 to 12 pearl onions (frozen or fresh)
    1 can drained chunk pineapple
    2 fresh tomatoes, chopped
    2 Tbsp vinegar
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. cornstarch, dissolved in cold water
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Put
    into crock-pot.
    Stir together.
    Cover and cook on high for
    1
    hour,
    then on low for 6 to 8 hours.
    Serve over cooked rice.
