Helen'S Strawberry Sherbet - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sliced strawberries
1 c. sugar
2 egg whites
juice of 1/2 lemon

Preparation

Beat with mixer a full 20 minutes in large bowl.
It will expand and be fluffy.
Pour into 1 large container or several small ones.
Freeze.
