Maggie'S "Delectable" Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. dark or light corn syrup or 1/2 c. dark and 1/2 c. light
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. light margarine or light butter, melted
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/8 tsp. allspice
    3 plus tsp. Grand Marnier
    3 plus tsp. brandy, cognac or Kahlua
    1 1/2 c. pecans (whole, halves or a combination)
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Combine first 8 ingredients in a large mixing bowl until well blended and smooth.
    Fold in pecans.
    Pour into pie crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 55 minutes or until a toothpick is inserted halfway between the center and edge comes out clean with nothing stuck to the toothpick.
    Cool for 15 to 20 minutes and then, wow! Serve.
    Excellent with vanilla ice cream.
