7 oz. shredded coconut
4 eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 stick butter, melted
Preparation

Grease and flour two pie pans.
Beat eggs well, add sugar, flour and milk.
Add vanilla and melted butter.
Stir in coconut and divide mixture in 2 pie pans.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
