Cold Oven Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Crisco
    3 c. plain flour
    1 c. sweet milk
    2 sticks margarine
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon or any flavoring you want
Preparation
    Combine sugar, margarine, Crisco and eggs.
    Mix on low speed of mixer.
    Add alternately the flour and milk on low speed.
    Beat on high speed 2 minutes.
    Add flavoring.
    Beat 2 minutes on high. Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
    Place in a cold oven. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour, then at 350\u00b0 for an additional 30 minutes.
    Cool in pan.
