Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz. each) cans water chestnuts, drained and sliced
1 (6 oz.) can olives, drained and sliced
1 sweet red pepper, remove seeds and cube
2 1/2 lb. broccoli, cut
16 oz. Italian salad dressing
Preparation

Combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 24 hours, mixing occasionally.
Good cold or room temperature.
Serves 12.
