Sandies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter (2 sticks)
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1/4 c. confectioners sugar
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream butter with sugar; add vanilla and water.
    Add flour; mix well and add pecans.
    Form into crescent shapes and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until delicately brown.
    While hot, roll in confectioners sugar.
