Potatoes Italian - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes
    2 Tbsp. low-calorie, fat-free Italian dressing
Preparation
    Partially boil potatoes with skins.
    When cool, cut into quarters.
    Place on a cookie sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
    Sprinkle dressing over top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Potatoes should be nicely browned.
    Serves 4.
    Each serving contains 88 calories, 2.3 g protein, 0 fat, 0 chol. and 67 mg sodium.
