Ingredients

1 c. cooked rice
2 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. oleo
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. nutmeg or cinnamon
raisins (optional)
1 c. milk
dash of salt
Preparation

Combine rice, milk, sugar, salt, butter and raisins.
Cook over medium heat until thickened.
Keep watch and stir often.
Add vanilla and nutmeg or cinnamon.
