Rosemary Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. dry yeast
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. warm water
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. fresh rosemary, minced
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    non-stick cooking spray
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Place yeast, sugar and water in large bowl and allow mixture to bubble.
    Mix in 2 cups flour and the salt.
    Add 1 tablespoon of freshly chopped rosemary.
    Knead for about 10 minutes by hand until smooth and elastic.
    Add additional flour, if necessary. Oil a bowl, put dough in it and cover with a towel.
    Let rise in warm place for 1 hour until doubled.
    Punch down and divide in half. Let dough rest 5 to 10 minutes.
    Spray baking pan and shape dough into 2 small rounded, oval loaves.
    Melt butter and brush over the top of each loaf.
    Sprinkle remaining tablespoon of rosemary over the loaves and press lightly into surface.
    Let rise again until doubled.
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Let bake 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly brown.
