Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breast halves
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, diced
    12 oz. spaghetti
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook chicken breasts until tender.
    Remove from bones and add back to stock along with onion, pepper, celery and tomatoes.
    Add water, if necessary, and cook until onion, pepper and celery are tender.
    Add spaghetti and cook until spaghetti is done.
    There should not be any liquid left.
    When spaghetti is done, add Velveeta cheese and stir until cheese melts.
    Don't let spaghetti cook out too dry.
    If this happens, add a small amount of canned chicken broth.
