Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. raw potatoes, sliced thin
4 Tbsp. flour
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 onion
2 1/2 c. hot milk
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Place a layer of potatoes in a buttered baking dish.
Add minced onions; sprinkle with salt, pepper and flour.
Dot with butter.
Repeat until all ingredients are used.
Pour hot milk over all and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
Serves 6.
