Black Bottom Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 egg
    1/3 c. white sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 c. mini chocolate chips
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. white sugar
    1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0, lightly spray muffin tins with cooking spray.
    In medium bowl, beat cream cheese, egg, 1/3 c. sugar and 1/8 tsp. salt until light and fluffy.
