Egg Drop Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 c. chicken stock
1 1/2 c. minced cooked chicken
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
6 Tbsp. cold water
4 eggs, lightly beaten
5 green onions, finely chopped
Preparation

In a large stockpot, bring chicken stock to a boil.
Reduce heat to moderate and add chicken.
Simmer 5 minutes.
