Broccoli And Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 large carrot, shredded
    1/4 c. diced onion
    1 bag frozen broccoli, chopped (at least 16 oz.)
    3 cans cream of chicken soup
    16 oz. Velveeta
    6 c. milk
Preparation
    In Dutch oven, melt margarine.
    Add onion and carrot.
    Stir in broccoli.
    Add cream of chicken soup.
    Stir in milk; let thicken (about 10 minutes on medium-high temperature).
    Add cheese; let melt.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    (Don't let soup boil; just keep warm on low heat.
