Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick softened margarine
    2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. self-rising flour
    3 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 pkg. coconut
Preparation
    Blend together all ingredients.
    Pour into 2 unbaked deep dish pie shells.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 300\u00b0.
