Sunday Morning Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    2 eggs
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 c. diced ham
    1 prepared pie crust
Preparation
    Cook pie crust\tat 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Mix everything and pour into pie
    crust.
    Cook
    at
    350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Let quiche \"rest\" for\t5
    minutes
    after
    removing from oven so it will be firm and easy to cut.
