Pretzels - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. active dry yeast
1/8 c. warm water (105~)
1 1/3 c. warm water
1/3 c. brown sugar
5 c. flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in 1/8 cup warm water.
Stir in 1 1/3 cups warm water, brown sugar and flour.
Beat until smooth.
Knead until smooth and elastic.
Heat oven to 475\u00b0.
Place twisted pretzel on cookie sheet.
Brush beaten egg on top of pretzel, then sprinkle pretzel salt on top.
Place cookie sheet in oven.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until pretzel is pale golden brown or until done.
