Piccata Di Petto Di Tacchino - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices turkey breast
    8 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 c. white wine
    lemon juice
    flour
    salt
Preparation
    Pound turkey slices gently.
    Dust with flour, patting it on to make sure it sticks.
    Melt the butter and oil; saute turkey slices in the butter mixture, turning them when the edges get white (about 3 minutes).
    Remove to warm platter.
    Add wine and lemon juice to mixture;
    salt to taste.
    Simmer meat for about 2 minutes.
