Squash Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. cooked squash
    1/3 c. milk
    1 egg
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. lemon flavoring
    2 Tbsp. self-rising flour
    2 oz. flaked coconut, if desired
Preparation
    Blend well; pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until brown.
    Makes 2 pies.
