Eggs Ala Goldenrod - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter, softened
6 to 12 slices toast
3 Tbsp. flour
6 hard-boiled eggs (10 minutes)
Preparation

Make paste out of butter and flour.
Warm milk and stir in butter and flour mix.
Heat and stir until smooth and thick (medium sauce).
Chop eggs and add to sauce, leaving a couple of yolks to scatter on top of dish for garnish.
Spoon egg sauce over slices of toast.
