Breakfast Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
    1 c. frozen loose-pack hash browns, thawed
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    5 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan (optional)
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook and drain sausage.
    Separate rolls into 8 triangles. Place triangles with points toward middle of a greased 12-inch pizza pan.
    Press bottom and sides to form a crust; seal perforations.
    Spoon sausage over dough.
    Sprinkle with hash browns and Cheddar.
    Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper; pour over sausage mixture.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan (if desired) and bake 5 minutes more.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
