Crab-Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. cherry tomatoes
    1 can crab meat
    2 green onions, finely chopped
    1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. white wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. dill weed
Preparation
    Slice stem end from tomatoes; scoop out pulp.
    Combine crab meat, green onions, parsley flakes, vinegar, bread crumbs and dill weed in bowl; mix well.
    Stuff tomatoes with crab meat mixture. Arrange on paper towel-lined plate.
    Microwave on High for 2 to 4 minutes or until heated through, turning plate once or twice. Garnish with paprika.
    Makes 5 servings.
