Never-Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 3/4 c. Crisco
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 egg
Preparation
    Cut and cream together flour, sugar, salt and Crisco until crumbly.
    In separate bowl mix together cold water, vinegar and egg. Pour this mixture over flour mixture. This will moisten dry flour mixture.
    Make into 5 equal balls to roll into pie crusts. Roll thin.
    Will keep in freezer for weeks.
    Yields 1 single, 2 double crusts.
