Cookie Jar Gingersnaps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. ground ginger
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. Crisco
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/4 c. Grandma's molasses
    granulated sugar
Preparation
    Measure dry ingredients: flour, ginger, soda, cinnamon and salt into sifter.
    Cream Crisco and sugar. Beat in egg and molasses.
    Sift dry ingredients over creamed mixture.
    Blend well. Form teaspoons of dough into small balls, one at a time, then roll in granulated sugar.
    Place 2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes or until tops are slightly rounded, crackly and light brown.
    Remove to wire cake rack.
    The cookie is wrinkled.
