Busy Day Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef (round roast or stew meat)
    8 carrots
    4 potatoes
    1 c. celery
    16 oz. tomatoes (canned)
    3 medium onions
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
Preparation
    Place all
    ingredients\tin
    a large covered pan (do not brown meat first).
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 5 hours.
