2 lb. beef (round roast or stew meat)
8 carrots
4 potatoes
1 c. celery
16 oz. tomatoes (canned)
3 medium onions
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
Preparation
