Pepperoni Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. milk
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 cake yeast
2 1/2 c. flour
1 (1 lb.) thin sliced pepperoni
2 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. warm water
2 c. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Combine sugar, salt, milk and butter in a small saucepan; heat until melted.
Let cool.
Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Add cooled mixture; mix well.
Add flour gradually; mix thoroughly. Let dough rise in a warm place for 20 minutes. Knead down.
