Chicken Best - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drain and save juice
    2 whole chicken breasts, skinned and boned
    1/4 c. honey
    2 to 4 Tbsp. fresh lime juice (about 1 medium lime)
    4 tsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    4 tsp. butter or margarine
    1 small green pepper, cut into narrow strips (optional)
Preparation
    Cut chicken into bite-size pieces.
    Heat butter in a heavy skillet and quickly saute chicken pieces until tender.
    Add pineapple chunks and green pepper.
    Combine 3/4 cup pineapple juice, honey, soy sauce and cornstarch; mix until smooth.
    Add to chicken mixture and cook, stirring until thickened (over medium heat).
    Serve over rice.
    Serves 4.
