Oyster Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans oysters
    1 stick butter
    2 cans evaporated milk
    2 to 3 c. whole milk
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Melt butter in pot over medium heat. Add oysters with juice, salt and pepper. Let oysters saute in butter for a minute or two. Add evaporated milk and whole milk. Let milk come to a bubble over low to medium-low heat. Stir to prevent milk from scorching. Can add a little Tabasco sauce to kick it up. Also can add more whole milk to taste. Do not let stew boil, just come to a bubble.
