Yellow Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. squash, cooked, sliced and drained
    3/4 stick butter or margarine
    1 tsp. salt plus 1 1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. evaporated milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. grated cheese
    2 c. soda cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Pour into greased casserole dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 about 40 minutes.
