Chicken Fajitas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked chicken or turkey
    juice from 2 limes
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 green pepper
    1 medium sized onion
    2 tsp. oil
Preparation
    Mix lime juice, cumin and garlic powder.
    Set aside.
    Cut chicken or turkey into thin strips.
    Place meat into juice mixture and marinate for 20 minutes.
    Slice green pepper and onion into thin slices.
    Saute in large skillet with 2 teaspoons of oil, until tender-crisp.
    Add meat mixture.
    Mix well for 3 to 5 minutes or until heated through.
    Serve with any of your favorite toppings such as cheese, lettuce, tomato or salsa.
    Place on a warmed flour tortilla.
