Easy Swiss Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tenderized round steak
3 cans stewed tomatoes (Italian or Mexican style tomatoes add best flavor)
Preparation

Trim steak and cut into serving size pieces.
Place in crock-pot and cover with tomatoes.
Cook on low for 3 to 4 hours. May be served over rice or potatoes.
The leftovers make excellent starter stock for stew.
