Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 cake yeast
2 c. scalded milk
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. mace
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
6 c. flour
1 egg

Preparation

Dissolve yeast in milk and add sugar and flour.
Mix and beat. Let rise.
