Any Fruit Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 to 6 c. fruit (peaches, apples, blueberries or raspberries)
2 Tbsp. lemon juice (only with peaches)
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1/2 c. melted butter
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix flour, 1 1/2 cups of sugar, milk, butter, baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
Mix well.
Put fruit in a 13 x 9-inch greased baking dish.
Spoon mixture over fruit.
Mix 1 cup of sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
Sprinkle this over batter.
Pour boiling water over all.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
