Claybourne Oven Pancake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    pinch of salt
    pinch of sugar
    1 c. flour
    1/2 stick margarine
    powdered sugar
    lemon juice
Preparation
    Heat an 8 or
    10-inch cast-iron skillet in a 425\u00b0 oven. Stir together milk,
    eggs, salt, sugar and flour.
    Melt margarine in hot skillet.
    Pour\tmixture
    in and bake 15 minutes at 425\u00b0.
    To serve,
    sprinkle
    powdered\tsugar on top, then lemon juice.
