Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. scalded milk
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    3 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Pour
    milk
    over shortening, sugar and salt.
    Cool; add yeast which has been softened in lukewarm water.\tAdd egg; mix well. Add
    flour;
    beat
    well.
    Let rise 2 hours or double in size, covered
    and
    away\tfrom
    draft.
    Work
    dough down.
    Put dough on floured
    board or table top.
    Knead until smooth and elastic. Roll in rectangular strip.\tThis should be about 1/4 inch thickness.\tSpread with
    3/4
    cup
    melted oleo.
    Sprinkle 3/4 cup sugar over dough.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon.\tRoll.
    Cut in about 1 1/2 inch rolls.
    Place in greased muffin tins.
    Let rise until double in size.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
